Hello and welcome!

Person sitting in a modern chair wearing a white top and pants, smiling, in a minimalist room with white walls.

I’m a Health Psychologist and Johns Hopkins Medicine alum with 10+ years of education and clinical training. I specialize in EDS/HSD, Dysautonomia, and MCAS, and have been living with these conditions for the past 30 years. My expertise is in bridging the gap between physical health and behavior as it relates to treating and coping with these medical conditions.

I created this platform so that you can have easier access to in-depth, straightforward, and self-paced education on these medical conditions whenever you need it, all from the comfort of your home.

Through my courses, toolkits, and other resources, I provide you with expert insights on how these conditions can be more easily managed when it comes to lifestyle modifications, scientifically supported coping strategies, and optimization of medical regimens.

Whether you’re someone living with one or more of these conditions, a parent or loved one of someone who is, or a healthcare provider who wants to be in-the-know, I have important knowledge to share with you.

If you’re living with EDS/HSD, Dysautonomia, and/or MCAS—

I know they each present unique challenges and can erode your sense of well-being.

Every insight gained, no matter how small, will bring you closer to the life you have been wanting to live.

Brighter days are ahead.
